    How are the hot tubs heated?
    Our hot tubs come in two options:
     
    Wood-fired – for a natural, traditional experience with the gentle crackle of the fire.
     
    Electric – for quick and convenient heating with precise temperature control.
    Both deliver exceptional comfort and efficiency.
     
    How long does production take?
    Lead times vary depending on the product and customisation.
     
    Hot tubs: typically 3–4 weeks
     
    Saunas: 4–6 weeks
     
    Glamping pods: 4-6 weeks

    What kind of maintenance is required?
    Minimal. Our products are made from high-quality timber and treated for long-lasting protection.
    We recommend re-oiling or treating the exterior wood once a year and following simple cleaning steps for water systems and sauna interiors.
     
    Are the glamping pods suitable for year-round use?
    Yes. All Timberhaven pods are fully insulated and built with durable, weatherproof materials, making them comfortable and efficient in every season.

    Can I customise my sauna or glamping pod?

    How long does it take to heat a wood-fired hot tub?

    On average, a wood-fired hot tub takes 2 to 3 hours to reach a comfortable temperature (around 38–40°C), depending on the size of the tub, outside temperature, and water source.
